Noticed [Company] has had [NumberOfDepartures] [SeniorRole] departures in the last [Timeframe] based on LinkedIn updates.
That's not normal attrition—that's a [UnderlyingProblem] problem. Usually means [SpecificIssue1], [SpecificIssue2], or [SpecificIssue3].
[ClientInSameIndustry] lost [NumberOfPeople] people from [SameDepartment] before they called us. Root cause was [ActualProblem]. We restructured their [SpecificFunction] and retention went from [OldRate]% to [NewRate]%.
