Saw your [EngineerName] posted about [SpecificTechnicalProblem] on [Platform] [Timeframe] ago.
This is fixable without ripping out [CurrentSystem]. We've done it 40+ times. The issue isn't [CommonMisconception]—it's actually [RealCause]. Fix takes about
[Timeframe] if you know what you're doing.
