I might be totally off base here, but noticed [Company] has [NumberOfOpenRoles] [Department] roles open while using [CurrentTool].

That usually means one of three things:
- [CurrentTool] can't handle what you're throwing at it
- You're scaling into [NewUseCase] and need different functionality
- Someone left and took their homegrown [ProcessType] system with them

[ClientExample] was in situation #2. Brought us in before the new hires started. Saved them roughly [Timeframe] of "figuring it out" time.

Am I close on any of these?
