When you create an account with email and password, we send a verification link to your email. Your account stays inactive until you open that email and click the link, so this is the last step of signing up. (If you signed up with Google, this step is already done for you.)

1. Open the email from Coldout titled "Your Coldout verification link".
2. Click the verification link inside it.
3. You are returned to Coldout and your account is now active.

Give it a minute, then check your spam or promotions folder. If it still is not there, you can send a new link.

1. On the "Verify your email" screen, click "Resend verification link".
2. Wait for the new email to arrive, then click the link inside it.

If you just requested a link, give it a moment before resending so you do not end up with several emails at once.

Verification links are valid for 24 hours. If yours has expired, request a new one from the “Verify your email” screen and use the most recent email.
