If you cannot remember your password, you can set a new one using a link we send to your email.

1. On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter your email address and click "Send password reset link".
3. Open the email and click the reset link inside it.
4. Enter a new password and re-enter it to confirm, then click "Set new password".
5. Click "Click here" to go back to login and sign in with your new password.

For your privacy, we always show the same confirmation (“we have sent a link if an account exists”), so you will see it even if the email is not registered. The reset link is time-limited; if it has stopped working, request a new one.

Your new password must be at least 10 characters long and include at least one letter and one number, with no spaces.
