Here are the most common reasons a login does not go through.

• "Invalid email or password": double-check both fields. If you are unsure of your password, reset it from "Forgot password?".
• "Email not verified": open the verification link we emailed you, or resend it from the "Verify your email" screen.
• Your 6-digit code is rejected: make sure your phone's clock is set automatically and you are entering the current code from your authenticator app.
• You lost access to your authenticator app: email support@coldout.ai and we will help you back in.
• Too many attempts: for your security, sign-in pauses for a short time after several failed tries. Wait a minute, then try again.
• You were signed out unexpectedly: your session may have expired. Just log in again.
