General

The General page lets you manage the basic settings for your workspace — including the workspace name, profile picture, and permanent deletion. Only workspace owners have access to these settings.

  1. Click on the workspace name and icon in the top right corner.
  2. Choose the "Settings" option from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select "General" from the left-hand menu under "Workspace".

Change your workspace name

The workspace name is displayed throughout the app and visible to all members. You can update it at any time from the General page.

  1. Click the "Workspace name" field and clear the existing name.
  2. Type your new workspace name.
  3. Click the "Save" button to apply the update.

Change your workspace profile picture

The workspace profile picture appears next to your workspace name in the top right corner and helps members identify the workspace. We support PNGs and JPEGs under 10MB.

  1. On the General page, locate the "Workspace profile picture" section at the top.
  2. Click the "Upload picture" button to open the upload popup.
  3. In the popup, either drag and drop your image file into the dashed area, or click "choose image" to browse and select a file from your device.
  4. Once the upload is complete, click "Done" to save your new workspace picture.

To remove the current workspace picture, click the "Remove" button next to "Upload picture". The picture will be replaced with the default initial-based placeholder.

Delete workspace

Deleting a workspace is a permanent action. All data, members, connections, and settings associated with the workspace will be removed and cannot be recovered. Before you can delete a workspace, any active subscription must be expired or cancelled, and all remaining credits must be used.

  1. On the General page, scroll down to the "Data deletion" section.
  2. Click the "Delete workspace" link.
  3. A confirmation popup will appear. One of two things will happen:

    • If your workspace has an active subscription or remaining credits, you'll see a "You can't delete workspace yet" message. Wait for the subscription to expire or cancel it manually, and use up any remaining credits before trying again.
    • If there are no blockers, the "Data deletion" confirmation popup will appear, warning that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  4. Click "Delete workspace" in the confirmation popup to permanently delete the workspace, or click "Cancel" to go back.
