Datagma

Datagma is a B2B data enrichment platform that helps businesses find verified contact information such as emails, phone numbers, and company details. It enables sales and marketing teams to enrich leads, improve prospecting, and build more accurate customer data.

Find mobile phone number by LinkedIn URL or email

Use this method when you have a LinkedIn profile URL or an email address. If you have both, you can provide them together in the same request — Datagma will automatically waterfall between them to find as many numbers as possible.

  • LinkedIn URL — the person's LinkedIn profile URL (e.g. https://linkedin.com/in/johndoe).
  • Email — the person's email address (e.g. john@datagma.com).
  • WhatsApp check — set to true to also check whether the found number is linked to a WhatsApp account (e.g. true).
Run condition

Optionally control when this enrichment runs using a formula. Describe the formula you want in plain text and click "Generate", or write your own using column references. The enrichment will only run if the formula resolves to true.

Auto-update

When enabled, the enrichment will automatically re-run whenever its input values change, keeping results up to date without manual action.

Save recipe

Clicking "Save recipe" saves all current input values as a reusable recipe. Recipes let you predefine configurations — including account, inputs, and run conditions — so you can quickly apply them to any table. All saved recipes will be available to select directly from the enrich popup.

Find mobile phone number by full name and company

Use this method when you have a person's full name and company name but no LinkedIn URL or email.

  • Full name — the person's full name (e.g. John Smith).
  • Company name — the name of the person's company (e.g. Datagma).

Save recipe

Find work email address

Find work email address is a Datagma enrichment that locates and verifies a person's work email address using their full name and company domain or company name. All emails returned are already verified.

Account

Select a Coldout-managed account to use shared credits, or add your own account by clickingAdd account in the dropdown and entering a connection name and your API key. Your credentials are encrypted and can be removed at any time. You can manage all connected accounts — add new ones or remove existing ones — from the settings.

Required inputs
  • Full name — the full name of the person you want to find an email for (e.g. John Smith).
  • Company — the company name or domain of the person (e.g. Algolia or algolia.com).
Optional inputs
  • Step — set to 3 to return the full email address, or 2 to return the domain only. The cost is the same in both cases (e.g. 3).
  • Country — the person's country of work, used to improve accuracy for companies with country-specific domains (e.g. jp.ibm.com for Japan, fr.ibm.com for France). Use "General" or leave empty if unknown (e.g. Japan).
  • LinkedIn company slug — the LinkedIn URL of the company. Providing this allows Datagma to extract the domain and improves match rate by at least 20%. Accepted formats include LinkedIn company ID URLs (e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/company/10625816), vanity name URLs (e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/company/algolia), or sales navigator URLs (e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/sales/company/10625816).
Email output types

Verified email

The email address has passed Datagma's verification checks and is confirmed to be a valid, active mailbox. Catchall emails can also appear in this category — when Datagma marks a catchall email as verified, it means the email is safe to send. You are billed for these results.

Most probable email

Used for catchall email addresses that cannot be individually verified. Catchall domains accept emails sent to any address under their domain, making standard verification impossible. The most probable email is Datagma's best estimate based on domain patterns and available data. This is not a verified email address. You are not billed for most probable email results.

Run condition

Optionally control when this enrichment runs using a formula. Describe the formula you want in plain text and click "Generate", or write your own using column references. The enrichment will only run if the formula resolves to true.
