Billing and credits

The Billing and credits page lets you manage everything related to your subscription and payments — including updating your billing details, changing your payment method, purchasing add-on credits, cancelling your subscription, and viewing past invoices.

  1. Click on the workspace name and icon in the top right corner.
  2. Choose the "Settings" option from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select "Billing and credits" from the left-hand menu under "Workspace".

Current plan

The top section of the Billing page shows your active subscription plan (e.g. Scale plan). From here you can update your billing details, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

Update billing details

  1. Click the "Update billing details" button in the plan section.
  2. In the popup, update your full name and email address used for billing.
  3. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Update payment method

  1. Click the "Update payment method" button in the plan section.
  2. Follow the steps to enter and save your new payment details.

Cancel subscription

  1. Click the "Cancel subscription" button in the plan section.
  2. A confirmation popup will appear explaining that your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and that you'll retain full access to all features until then.
  3. Click "Confirm" to proceed with cancellation, or "Cancel" to keep your subscription. If you change your mind before the billing period ends, you can reactivate your subscription from the same page.

Add-on credits

Add-on credits can be purchased at any time on top of your subscription. They don't expire and remain available in your account until you use them. Credits can only be used while your subscription is active. Your current credit balance is displayed in the "Add-on credits" section.

Buy credits

  1. Click the "Buy credits" button in the "Add-on credits" section.
  2. A popup will appear showing the available credit packages: 2,000 credits ($52), 4,000 credits ($104), 10,000 credits ($200), 20,000 credits ($400), 50,000 credits ($650), and 100,000 credits ($1,300).
  3. Click the "Buy" button next to the package you want to purchase.
  4. Complete the payment. The credits will be added to your balance immediately.

Invoices and receipts

The "Invoices and receipts" section at the bottom of the page shows a full history of your past payments. Each row displays the invoice number, date, amount, description, and payment status. To download an invoice, click the download icon on the right side of its row.
