Connections
The Connections page lets you manage all third-party integrations linked to your workspace. There are two ways to connect an app: by adding your API key to one of the pre-built integrations available in "Explore all integrations", or by setting up a fully custom connection where you provide all the necessary details yourself. All active connections — both pre-built and custom — appear together in the "Your connected apps" section.
- Click on the workspace name and icon in the top right corner.
- Choose the "Settings" option from the dropdown menu.
- Select "Connections" from the left-hand menu under "Workspace".
Your connected apps
The "Your connected apps" section shows all apps that have at least one active connection in your workspace. This includes pre-built integrations where you've added your API key, as well as any custom connections you've configured manually. Each entry shows the app name and the total number of connections set up. Click "See all" to view the complete list, or click on any app to manage its individual connections.
Explore all integrations
The "Explore all integrations" section lists all apps that your workspace supports out of the box. These are pre-built integrations where you simply provide your own API key to connect them. Use the search field to find a specific app by name, then click on it to open its detail page and add your key.
Add a connection to a pre-built integration
- Find the app in the "Explore all integrations" section or search for it by name.
- Click on the app to open its detail page.
- Click the "Add connection" button in the top right corner.
- In the popup, enter a name for your connection in the "Name your connection" field (e.g. "Our main key").
- Enter your API key in the "API key" field.
- Click "Save" to add the connection. It will now appear in "Your connected apps".
Edit a connection
- Navigate to the app whose connection you want to edit, either from "Your connected apps" or "Explore all integrations".
- Find the connection in the list and click the "Edit" button on the right side of its row.
- In the popup, update the connection name or click the edit icon next to the API key field to replace the key.
- Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Set a default connection
If an integration has multiple connections, you can designate one as the default. The default connection will be used automatically when that integration is triggered in your workspace.
- Navigate to the integration and find the connection you want to set as default.
- Click the "Set as default" button on the right side of its row.
- The connection will be marked with a "Default" badge.
Delete a connection
- Navigate to the integration and find the connection you want to delete.
- Click the delete (trash) icon on the right side of its row.
- A "Delete custom key" confirmation popup will appear. Click "Delete" to permanently remove the connection, or "Cancel" to go back.
