Add column

The "+ Add column" button is always the last column in the table. Clicking it opens the column type picker where you can choose what kind of column to insert.

  1. Scroll to the end of your table and click "+ Add column".
  2. Select a column type from the dropdown.
  3. Configure the column settings in the panel that opens, then click "Save".

Enrich

Adds an enrichment column that automatically populates data using AI, API integrations, or other data sources. Use this to enrich your rows with information like company details, email addresses, job titles, and more.

Formula

Adds a column that computes a value based on other columns. You can describe the formula in plain language and let AI generate it, write your own formula using column tokens, or build a text string by combining column values with static text. See the Formula section in Column management for full details.

Write email messages

Adds a column that creates email messages using data from other columns in the row. Each row produces its own email, making it useful for personalised outreach campaigns.

  1. Enter an "Email name" to identify this email template (e.g. Evergreen).
  2. Select an "Email type":
    • New email — Generates a standalone email. Requires a Subject and a Body.
    • Reply — Generates a reply to an existing thread. Requires only a Body.
  3. Fill in the "Subject" field (New email only). Type "/" to insert a column value as a token (e.g. /first_name) or "" to add spintax for variation.
  4. Fill in the "Body" field with the email content. Use "/" to insert column tokens and "" to add spintax. You can reference any column in the row to personalise the message.
  5. Click "Save" to create the column. Each row will generate its own email based on that row's data.

The Email name column is also accessible as a token in other columns — when you type "/" you will see it listed alongside your other columns, allowing you to reference the generated email content elsewhere in the table.
